In the evening, thanks to backlit panels, it becomes a lantern<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>During the Design Week 2019, the <strong>winners of the Design Competition<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.expo2020dubai.com\/\"><strong>Expo Dubai 2020<\/strong><\/a>,were announced. Now in its seventh edition, the call for ideas addressed to under 35 designers and Lombardy-based companies asked the participants to develop <strong>design ideas concerning \u201cConnecting Spaces\u201d<\/strong>, in line with Expo 2020\u2019s theme <em>\u201cConnecting minds, Creating the future\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_109256\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-109256\" style=\"width: 840px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-109256 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.designdiffusion.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/Progetto-Corolla_1-1024x696.jpg\" alt=\"{%ALT_TEXT%}\" width=\"840\" height=\"571\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-109256\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Ofir Elazar Albag, Martin Huba, Omer Alraee, in collaboration with Maco Technology Srl, present Corolla, a weather-responsive, light and flexible roof, relying on soft robotics.
