An artist who reinterprets the traditional philosophy of wood through real on site works<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Antonio Bruni<\/strong><\/a> is an artist who has reinterpreted the beauty and intrinsic value of an ancient material that is still used. His beautiful works in walnut, olive, elm, cherry wood express with passion the beauty of the material through modular asymmetries that allow the pieces to adapt to the spaces.<\/p>\n

Sixty-two pieces in solid cherry were used by Antonio Bruni for his Colonnata.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The sculpture Colonnata will be exhibited at Galleria Alberto Sordi in Rome from 17 to 24 May 2019<\/strong>. This unique work is inspired by the great symbols of the Eternal City, as well as Colossea, Di Pietra and Casa dell’Architettura. It is made of sixty-two solid cherry wood elements of different sizes that can be dismantled. The exhibition is sponsored by Regione Lazio and Municipio Roma 1, curated by Roberto Dottorini and Giovanna Tarasco and set up by the students of Liceo Artistico Ripetta.\u00a0 [Text Isabelle Fournier]<\/p>\n
