AH01 by Boffi is made of AISI 316 stainless steel and iroko wood or in Paperstone, a 100% ecological material obtained from recycled paper, petroleum-free resins and natural pigments. Iroko is a wood characterized by shades, iridescent reflections and varying striations ranging from yellow to dark brown. A material resistant to water, moisture and temperature changes<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

On the removable plate, easy to maintain, you can cook without condiments, which generate fumes and leftovers<\/strong>, allowing you to cook different foods one after another. The latter is not affected by the taste of the first, also thanks to the tilted plate that helps liquids flow into a removable pan. Designed with hi-tech materials and solutions, the monoblock may be completed with a washing area to create an independent and functional workstation for life in the open air.<\/p>\n
