At Farini railway yard there will be an extensive forest, capable of refreshing the hot winds from South-West (Limpidarium d\u2019aria, Air Limpidarium). Similarly, the former San Cristoforo railway yard will be provided with a system for purifying water that will also supply natural swimming pools (Limpidarium d\u2019acqua, Water Limpidarium).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-127531\" src=\"https:\/\/www.designdiffusion.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/Milano_Scalo_San_Cristoforo_Render_OMA_5-1024x724.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"840\" height=\"594\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Sarca 235 &#8211; Open City \u2013 Wednesday, November 13th \u2013 h. 5-8 pm \u2013 3 CFP professional training credits<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Architect<\/strong> <strong>Alessandro Scandurra, <\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.scandurrastudio.com\/\"><strong>Scandurra Studio Architettura<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Another example of urban regeneration is provided by <strong>Sarca 235<\/strong>, the redevelopment of a building in the north-eastern suburbs of Milan, a former industrial area that is undergoing many changes. As Alessandro Scandurra explains: \u201cFor the Sarca 235 project, I was inspired by office buildings from the 1960s, trying to break free from the formal theme.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-127515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.designdiffusion.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/sarca_235_1-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The result is a representative office with a decorative metal cladding, obtained from special work with pigments and texture of sheets. As to environmental sustainability, the building has obtained the highest level of the Leed certification, Leed Platinum.
