Many disused buildings in the suburbs have been reconverted thanks to initiatives by private groups and the City of Milan. Among the latest examples we can mention <strong>Superstudio Maxi<\/strong>: a disused steel factory that <a href=\"http:\/\/www.superstudiogroup.com\">Superstudio Group<\/a>, in collaboration with the Municipality of Milan, has transformed into a venue dedicated to cultural events.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_127757\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-127757\" style=\"width: 840px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-127756\" src=\"https:\/\/www.designdiffusion.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/SSMaxi-17-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"Superstudio-Maxi-Milano\" width=\"840\" height=\"473\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-127757\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">The fa\u00e7ade of Superstudio Maxi features a 200 sq m screen showing video art installations and live videos filmed indoors. Moreover, being painted by different artists, its outlook will constantly change<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>For Superstudio Group, this is the third impressive venue, following Superstudio 13, inaugurated in 1980 at Via Tortona 13 to house photographic studios and fashion shoots, and Superstudio Pi\u00f9, created in the late Nineties at Via Tortona 27 as a multipurpose center for events, fashion, design, creativity in general. Both proved to be vital for the regeneration of the former industrial district behind Porta Genova, <a href=\"\/?p=95100\">Tortona district.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_127759\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-127759\" style=\"width: 840px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-127758\" src=\"https:\/\/www.designdiffusion.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/SSMaxi-15-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"Superstudio-Maxi-Milano\" width=\"840\" height=\"473\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-127759\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Among the events hosted by Superstudio Maxi there will be the \u2018Passion Days\u2019; events open to the public dedicated to the discussion of the subjects of the \u2018themed weeks\u2019 sponsored by Comune di Milano<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>Superstudio Maxi<\/strong>, on <strong>via Moncucco<\/strong>, <strong>will open in April 2020, during the Design Week<\/strong>. On this occasion, it will offer communal spaces to organize events, fairs, exhibitions, workshops during the Fuorisalone.<\/p>\n<p>Users will also access to a private and a public parking lot, and a 55,000 sq m public park with playground.
