Nevertheless, Ambiente is not just a large-scale exhibition: over the years, it has become a cultural hub promoting the <strong>industry<\/strong> <strong>trends<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ambiente 2020: highlights and special events<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>The new HoReCa hall<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Among the special events of the <a href=\"https:\/\/ambiente.messefrankfurt.com\/frankfurt\/en.html\">2020 edition of Ambiente<\/a>, the <strong>new HoReCa<\/strong> <strong>hall <\/strong>recognizes the contract sector as one of the main business fields also for tableware and kitchenware. <strong>Hall 6.0, located in the Dining area<\/strong>, hosts over <strong>100 professional exhibitors<\/strong> and is one of the most international display areas of the fair.<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, in 2020, there will be the first edition of the <strong>HoReCa Academy<\/strong>, including a <strong>program of conferences<\/strong>, round tables and many other events. The Academy will offer buyers, restaurateurs, designers the perfect chance to exchange views and keep up with the innovations and new concepts of the field.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>A new consumer ethics<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The <strong>Ethical Style Guide<\/strong> will be published also in 2020, gathering the companies that make their products with <strong>ethical and sustainable principles<\/strong>. The companies included in the guide offer products whose sustainability is certified along the whole supply chain \u2013 materials, production processes, recycling, reclaiming, reuse. This Guide, written by a jury of experts, represents a helpful tool for buyers looking for companies with an ethics in production.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Innovative design at Ambiente<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Among <strong>Ambiente\u2019s highlights<\/strong>, there are several initiatives dedicated to design and innovation. The \u2018<strong>Talents<\/strong>\u2019 areas showcase projects by <strong>young emerging talents, divided into<\/strong> the <strong>Dining<\/strong> (Hall 4.0) and <strong>Living<\/strong> (Hall 8.0) sectors. Furthermore, the <strong>German Design Council<\/strong> holds its annual awards ceremony during Ambiente, an event that celebrates design with the <strong>German Design Award<\/strong>, to which an exhibition is dedicated. Last but not least, there will be the exhibition \u2018<strong>Solutions<\/strong>\u2019, curated by British designer <strong>Sebastian Bergne<\/strong>, which every year selects the \u2018smartest\u2019 household products.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ambiente: prestigious awards<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>In addition to the <strong>German Design Award<\/strong>, many other interesting prizes are given during Ambiente, including <a href=\"https:\/\/www.plagiarius.com\">Plagiarius<\/a>, a negative award given to those who plagiarize products.
