The apartment is used for short rent or special events. It is also used to show the firm\u2019s design skills to a select audience.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-131479 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.designdiffusion.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/crosby-loft-2-1.jpg\" alt=\"crosby-studios.jpg\" width=\"886\" height=\"665\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>This studio apartment is 57 sq m, organized into two areas<\/strong>. The first hosts the bed and the living area, while the second hosts utility areas such as the kitchen, the bathroom and the laundry. The space is dominated by blue, in a particular shade that is used in all the projects by Crosby.
