It has recently renovated its headquarters in the <strong>Sijthoff building, a historic building that used to house <\/strong>Sijthoff Pers and has become an icon of the city over time.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-145336 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.designdiffusion.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/MARA_Hivos-Headquarters_01_HR.jpg\" alt=\"hivos-l-aja.jpg\" width=\"984\" height=\"656\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The new project by V8 Architects is a contemporary interpretation of the architecture of the large vintage department stores. A large curved facade seems to rest on <strong>12 bronze storks, the symbol of The Hague<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-145340 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.designdiffusion.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/MARA_Hivos-Headquarters_06_HR.jpg\" alt=\"hivos-l-aja.jpg\" width=\"984\" height=\"656\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p>To furnish the Hivos offices in The Hague, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.marasrl.it\/prodotti\/follow\/\">Mara<\/a><\/strong><strong> h<\/strong><strong>as <\/strong><strong>supplied the tables from the Follow collection, which are eco-friendly and their height is easy to adjust, with no limitations<\/strong>. The Follow tables, produced by Mara, consist of two separate desktops. These tops are joined by a painted metal structure and are equipped with a handle that makes it possible to adjust their height. <strong>Thanks to this mechanism, the table can be lifted and lowered to the right height with a simple touch of the handle<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-145338 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.designdiffusion.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/MARA_Hivos-Headquarters_02_HR.jpg\" alt=\"tavoli-mara-hivos-l-aja.jpg\" width=\"984\" height=\"656\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p>As the Follow Benches do not need power supply, they can be placed anywhere. However, <strong>upon request, several accessories are available, including a multi-purpose module for electric wires<\/strong>.
