The <strong>President and CEO of Treviso-based company Arper<\/strong>, Claudio Feltrin, who succeeds Emanuele Orsini, has been a member of the Board of Directors of Assarredo since 2014, of which he was President until a few days ago, when Maria Porro, from the homonymous company, was appointed in his place.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_148438\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-148438\" style=\"width: 760px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-148438 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.designdiffusion.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/claudio_feltrin.jpg\" alt=\"presidente-federlegnoarredo.jpg\" width=\"760\" height=\"984\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-148438\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Claudio Feltrin<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3>Vision and action for FederlegnoArredo<\/h3>\n<p>\u201cFirst of all, I would like to thank all those who have supported me in this adventure, which promises to be an uphill task, given the moment we are experiencing. Since I am aware of this \u2013 explains Feltrin \u2013 my motto for the next 4 years will be \u2018vision and action\u2019: we must start from a concrete analysis of the needs of member companies to act promptly. In this regard, I thought it appropriate to send a letter to the Government first of all, in agreement with Federmobili, to ask that our supply chain remains operational whatever the scenario of the coming days.<\/p>\n<p><strong>We have asked to continue to produce, sell, deliver and assemble our products in full compliance with anti-Covid regulations. The goal is not only to safeguard our companies and their employees, but to allow one of the country\u2019s driving industries to keep generating GDP.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.federlegnoarredo.it\">FederlegnoArredo<\/a> is and will continue to be the privileged place for dialogue and the platform of the wood and furniture industry. I envision \u2013 continues Feltrin \u2013 a Federation that aspires to become an undisputed leader also in terms of sustainability and circular economy. A strategic goal that, in the light of the current health emergency, becomes indispensable.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Discover the <\/strong><strong><a href=\"\/?p=126299\">Italian Design Forum<\/a><\/strong><strong> in the USA<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>A program to go towards the future<\/h3>\n<p>The program of the new President of FederlegnoArredo is based on some key points: sustainability and access to resources; creation of a network for the wood supply chain; skills training to develop entrepreneurial culture through human capital; drive towards product and process innovation; digitization and consequent evolution of the way of doing business to prepare companies to face the changes that are rapidly occurring, including the way trade fairs are held.
