It was destined for demolition <strong>but in 2020<\/strong> <strong>Bulak Project brought the complex back to life <\/strong>with a major conservative renovation. The renowned Warsaw-based firm transformed the former sugar factory into a modern, industrial-style multipurpose facility, offering new hospitality and leisure services to the city&#8217;s residents and tourists.<\/p>\n<h3><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-162929\" src=\"http:\/\/www.designdiffusion.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/71957-preview_low_5829-1_71957_sc_v2com.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1000\" height=\"667\" \/><\/h3>\n<h3>Transformation and preservation of a historic building<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Bulak Project transformed the 27 buildings of the sugar factory into new meeting points for the community, preserving the distinctive features of the original structure<\/strong>. In fact, the interiors of each building, all with different functions, are mainly made of concrete and sheet metal. These materials, typically industrial, belonged to the former sugar factory and have been deliberately maintained to remind people of the origins of the historical complex.<\/p>\n<h3><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-162931 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.designdiffusion.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/71952-preview_low_5829-1_71952_sc_v2com.jpg\" alt=\"Bulak Project\" width=\"1000\" height=\"667\" \/><\/h3>\n<h3>Bulak Project offers a new attraction to the city of Znin<\/h3>\n<p>Today, the complex renovated by <a href=\"https:\/\/bulakprojekt.pl\">Bulak Project<\/a> houses a 4-star hotel, a restaurant, events and conference spaces as well as a 3-star hotel connected to a water park, a spa, and a brewery. It also houses a conference hall for up to 800 people, a cinema, a restaurant, a marina, and a rehabilitation center.
