This endeavor takes into account aesthetics, practicality, functionality and sustainability. Graz is an ambitious, dynamic and constantly evolving city, where cutting-edge architectures by internationally renowned designers dialogue with historic, centuries-old buildings. In fact, the city center of Graz houses works such as the <strong>Kunsthaus <\/strong>by Peter Cook &amp; Colin Fournier, the <strong>Murinsel <\/strong>by Vito Acconci, <strong>Argos<\/strong> by Zaha Hadid Architects, and the <strong>Mumuth<\/strong> by Ben van Berkel, UNStudio, just name a few.<\/p>\n<p><em><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-163601 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.designdiffusion.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/Opening-DMG_GEOPHO-c-0849-002.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2362\" height=\"1576\" \/><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Green Transition<\/strong> is the theme of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.designmonat.at\"><strong>Design Month Graz 2022<\/strong><\/a>, which follows the <strong>New European Bauhaus<\/strong> project, a Europe-wide interdisciplinary transformation process. <strong>Through New European Bauhaus, the creative sector plays a key role in the search for sustainable strategies<\/strong> and solutions to meet the challenges of the future. <strong>Design Month Graz<\/strong>, therefore, presents to a wide audience the importance of design in everyday life and its key role in today&#8217;s society, where the community is becoming increasingly important.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_163603\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-163603\" style=\"width: 2441px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-163603\" src=\"http:\/\/www.designdiffusion.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/Murinsel-c-Graz-Tourismus-GEPA.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2441\" height=\"1543\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-163603\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">The Murinsel, by Vito Acconci<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>The Festival includes a rich program of events enlivening the city of Graz for an entire month<\/strong>. During Design Month, there are opportunities for socializing and networking through lectures, workshops, tours, exhibitions, installations, and performances.
