The series is inspired by the works of Spanish sculptor Chillida, who studied architecture. The three single-flower vases can also become candleholders; thanks to their geometric shape, they can be placed side by side to build a small sculpture. With a simple gesture, the sculpture breaks down into three elements again. A wall bookcase, for example, can also hold a desk. With a simple movement and almost no effort, the wall rotates and reveals a comfortable double bed. Designed by Eugeni Quitllet, Strong Special is also suitable for outdoor use.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_164248\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-164248\" style=\"width: 1500px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-164248 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/www.designdiffusion.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/DESALTO_Strong-Special-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1500\" height=\"1000\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-164248\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Strong Special, by Eugeni Quitllet for Desalto<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>The Fiocco sofa, designed by Pinuccio Borgonovo for Flou, is a simple modular sofa<\/strong>. It consists of seven basic elements, including two chaise-longue modules and a five-sided module. The modularity allows for different configurations. The very large cushions serve as both backrests and armrests, are available in two heights, and attached to the bases by means of curved U-shaped metal supports.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-164250\" src=\"http:\/\/www.designdiffusion.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/flou_fiocco_05.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1584\" height=\"1000\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>A 2022 trend is the return of the writing desk in residential settings<\/strong>. This one, with interchangeable leather desk pad and bench with seat covered in woven leather, is by Ritzwell, a Japanese company. Made of solid wood and hand-woven, it fits easily into any interior design style.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-164258\" src=\"http:\/\/www.designdiffusion.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/Ritzwell_Salone-del-Mobile.Milano_2022_Pavilion-5_Booth-D10_PH_Marco_Reggi-005.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1500\" height=\"1000\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Installations, lights and kitchens at the Fuorisalone<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Hypernova installation, at Superstudio Pi\u00f9, a project by designer Sara Ricciardi for glo (registered trademark).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Divine Inspiration is the new light collection designed by Lee Broom<\/strong> for his brand, Lee Broom.
