A tower that appears to rotate on itself, with 360-degree balconies<\/strong> that shape a fluid, cohesive, and powerful architectural language \u2014 turning each floor into a unique spatial experience. <\/p>\n\n\nA concrete signature: between aesthetics and function<\/h3>\n\n The key word of the project is singularity<\/strong>.
