In the heart of Piazza di Spagna<\/strong>, where art and history meet every day, Casa Naman is born<\/strong> \u2014 the new luxury residence by Naman Hotellerie<\/strong>. A project that redefines the concept of contemporary hospitality, turning every stay into a complete experience of beauty. <\/p>\n\n

Designed by the studio 13.1 Architecture & Decor<\/a>, Casa Naman unfolds within an eighteenth-century palazzo overlooking the Spanish Steps<\/strong>. Every space, crafted with meticulous attention to detail, blends classical elegance with modern sensibility, featuring bespoke interiors, curated artworks, and noble materials that reinterpret Rome\u2019s grand tradition in a contemporary key. <\/p>\n\n

Here, luxury takes on an intimate dimension<\/strong>: three independent apartments \u2014 Janus, Aeneas and Vesta<\/em> \u2014 offer extraordinary views and distinctive atmospheres, while the Otium<\/strong> area on the top floor invites guests to rediscover the pleasure of time and contemplation, suspended between sky and city.<\/p>\n\n

The art of design signed by 13.1 Architecture & Decor<\/h3>\n\n

Curated by Filippo Fiora and Federico Sigali<\/strong> of 13.1 Architecture & Decor,<\/strong> the project narrates Rome with a refined and contemporary voice. Each material \u2014 local marble, natural wood, pure linen, and sun-washed tones \u2014 becomes a tribute to the city\u2019s rich and stratified beauty. <\/p>\n\n

The interiors retain the grace of the eighteenth-century building, exalted by grand proportions, soaring ceilings, and refined craftsmanship. Custom pieces, designed in collaboration with Conte Casa<\/strong> in Puglia and expert Roman artisans, express the purest spirit of Italian design <\/em>excellence. <\/p>\n\n

A curated selection of contemporary artworks, created in collaboration with Galleria Mucciaccia<\/strong>, establishes an emotional dialogue between past and present: classical busts and fragments coexist with works by Pizzi Cannella,<\/strong> crafting a visual narrative that layers the memory of the city.<\/p>\n\n
