A hub for collaboration, creativity, and community, born together with Salotto, a Brooklyn-based creative collective<\/h2>\n\n

Casa IED <\/strong>opens today in New York<\/strong>, the first space dedicated by the Istituto Europeo di Design<\/strong> (IED) to cultural exchange and collaboration between designers, creatives, and local communities.The project aims to foster synergies and cross-cultural dialogue in a city that symbolizes global interconnection. <\/p>\n\n

Casa IED is a place to work, create, and share ideas. It welcomes diverse voices and visions, reflecting the institute\u2019s educational and cultural mission. <\/p>\n\n

Born in collaboration with Salotto, a Brooklyn creative hub<\/h3>\n\n

The launch of Casa IED happens in partnership with Salotto<\/a>, a creative hub founded by Italian professionals in Brooklyn, including IED Alumni <\/strong>Gabriel Zangari<\/strong> (Design Executive) and Emiliano Ponzi<\/strong> (Illustrator and Visual Artist).<\/p>\n\n

Salotto unites fourteen Italian designers living in New York, active in design<\/strong>, video<\/strong>, illustration<\/strong>, and digital arts<\/strong>.It\u2019s a place where ideas and people meet, generating innovation and cultural exchange, perfectly aligned with the spirit of Casa IED<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

Casa IED: a new model for sharing knowledge<\/h3>\n\n

The IED \u2013 Societ\u00e0 Benefit<\/strong>, owned by the Francesco Morelli Foundation<\/strong>, launches Casa IED as a new way to return knowledge to the community. Through a public program<\/strong>\u2014including talks, panels, lectures, and workshops\u2014it creates moments for dialogue and collective growth. <\/p>\n\n

The goal is to foster open and inclusive conversation<\/strong>, where design becomes a tool for social transformation and cultural sharing.<\/p>\n\n
