Located in one of the oldest hamlets of Cortina d\u2019Ampezzo,<\/strong> the house revives a portion of a historic ciasa<\/em> \u2014 the traditional farmhouse of the Ladin valleys \u2014 offering a balanced dialogue between local heritage and contemporary design<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

In a landscape where forests and pastures are still managed according to the ancient system of the Regole d\u2019Ampezzo<\/strong>, the intervention integrates harmoniously into the environment, preserving the historical memory <\/strong>while responding to the needs of a modern holiday home<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

Developed over two levels<\/strong>, the residence retains the charm of local Alpine architecture, with a plastered stone base<\/strong> and an upper wooden structure<\/strong>. The project respects traditional construction methods while introducing contemporary solutions<\/strong> that enhance functionality and comfort. <\/p>\n\n
