After the 2025 edition dedicated to France, the 2026 contest will focus on the banks of the Sava River in Belgrade, the capital of Serbia, inviting participants to design sustainable and innovative spaces within a dynamic urban environment. <\/p>\n\n<p>Participation is free and open to Architecture and Engineering students enrolled from the 1st to the 6th year in the 2025\/2026 academic year, either individually or in teams of up to three members. The competition represents a concrete challenge aligned with Saint-Gobain\u2019s three core missions: environmental sustainability, energy efficiency and living comfort. <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"667\" data-id=\"44261\" src=\"https:\/\/designdiffusion.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/ASC-2026-Official-Destination-Picture.jpg\" alt=\"Architecture Student Contest 2026\" class=\"wp-image-44261\" srcset=\"https:\/\/designdiffusion.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/ASC-2026-Official-Destination-Picture.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/designdiffusion.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/ASC-2026-Official-Destination-Picture-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/designdiffusion.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/ASC-2026-Official-Destination-Picture-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The two phases of the competition: national and international<\/h3>\n\n<p>The Architecture Student Contest 2026 is structured into two main phases:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>National phase<\/strong>: Online registration by 31 March 2026.The Italian final event will take place on 22 April at the Saint-Gobain Italia headquarters in Milan.<br\/>A jury will select the three best projects: the winning team will receive \u20ac2,500 and access to the international phase, the second and third place teams will receive \u20ac1,500 and \u20ac1,000 respectively.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>International phase<\/strong>: The international event will be held in Belgrade from 23 to 25 June 2026. Winners from the national phases will present their projects to an international jury.
