The Noor Riyadh 2025 festival brings 59 artists from 24 countries and more than 60 artworks to Riyadh, including over 35 new commissions, from November 20 to December 6, 2025<\/h2>\n\n

From November 20 to December 6<\/strong>, 2025, the capital of Saudi Arabia transforms into a vast open-air stage. Noor Riyadh 2025<\/strong> lights up streets, buildings and historic sites with monumental installations, luminous performances and new commissions by international and Saudi artists.<\/p>\n\n

Presented by Riyadh Art<\/strong>, under the Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC)<\/strong>, the festival confirms Riyadh\u2019s role as a global hub for contemporary art and design.<\/p>\n\n

Noor Riyadh 2025: figures and global vision<\/h3>\n\n

Noor Riyadh 2025<\/strong> brings together 59 artists of 24 nationalities<\/strong>, showcasing 60 works<\/strong>, with over 35 new commissions <\/strong>created specifically for the event. The project, which grows year after year, strengthens dialogue between different cultures through the universal language of light. <\/p>\n\n

The theme chosen for this edition is \u201cIn the Blink of an Eye<\/strong>\u201d, a reference to the rapid and profound transformation reshaping Riyadh\u2019s urban identity. Art accompanies this evolution, making it visible, emotional and tangible. <\/p>\n\n

The curatorial direction features Mami Kataoka<\/strong>, Sara Almutlaq<\/strong> and Li Zhenhua<\/strong>, a leading figure in the international art scene.<\/p>\n\n

  • Al Faisaliah Tower<\/strong>, by Foster + Partners<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The Qasr Al Hokm District<\/strong>, located in the historic center<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • King Abdulaziz Historical Center<\/strong>, a symbol of Saudi heritage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    Light interacts with the modern lines of the metro and with the city\u2019s historic architecture, creating an immersive and dynamic journey.<\/p>\n\n
