The World’s First Trade Fair Dedicated to Motorcycle Design

Manufacturers, designers and innovators of the two wheels met in Milan

MOARD, the first exhibition entirely dedicated to motorcycle design, has just ended in Milan. The event took place from 3 to 5 May in the historic Palazzo del Ghiaccio in Milan.

MOARD stands for “Motorcycle Arts & Designers” and is the first interactive exhibition dedicated to the creative and technological process necessary to forge the most romantic means of transport.

Over 30 exhibitors took part in the trade fair, choosing a new format to narrate the universe of motorcycles. It was a brainchild of Emanuela Von Dutch Conti, project manager of MOARD, born thanks to the support of her business partner Giulio Costantini, founder of the Lanificio, a creative space in Rome, and the collaboration of Ola Stenegard, chief designer of Indian Motorcycles.

In addition to the American brand, one of the world manufacturers that took part in MOARD, there were also Ducati, Yamaha, Honda, Rizoma, SC-Project and Vemar.
