The eighth edition of DDN HUB will be held from April 15 to 21, 2024. Its rich program of events and installations will surprise the audience of Milan Design Week
Now in its eighth edition, DDN HUB is set to return to Milan Design Week from April 15 to 21, 2024. The event will offer a rich program of not-to-be-missed events aimed at promoting Made in Italy production, excellence in the world of furniture and hospitality, and collaborations with Italian and international design protagonists. The setting will be the ADI Design Museum, on Piazza Compasso d’Oro 1, a new venue for DDN but a historic and cherished place for design addicts, not only from Milan.
DDN HUB 2024: installations and talks
Along with the numerous talks (please see the daily schedule below), there will be a number of striking installations promoted by companies from the most diverse sectors, all united by their aptitude for innovation and experimentation.
Here is the list of companies that, with their constant commitment, have made all this possible.
Crippaconcept will present Helios, the latest proposal in the field of mobile living solutions for open-air tourism resulting from the collaboration with Matteo Thun and Benedetto Fasciana, which will be placed in the garden in front of the museum. With an installation designed in collaboration with Studio Noumeno, L&L Luce&Light will recall the most striking hues with which the sky is tinged in some particular moments. The installation will be dominated by the silhouette of the moon as an invitation to stop under a charming moonlit sky in the Fuorisalone nights. Moreover, BI.CI., a company that deals with the integrated design of living, contract and outdoor spaces, will create a lounge oasis on the forecourt. Cordivari and Dixpari will present new intriguing products, and ICAF Italia China Architects Forum, will promote design contributions between Italy and China (among the speakers: Chi Wing Lo, designer and founder of Dimensione Chi Wing Lo, Lea Chen, architect and founder of Shishang Design & Architecture, and Italians MMA Projects, an international architecture studio, and designer Matteo Nunziati).
DDN HUB Gala Dinner
DDN HUB will not fail to fascinate during the Gala Dinner on April 18th, starting at 8 pm (by invitation only). Distinguished personalities will walk the red carpet for an evening of networking and sharing, with the participation of the winery ILatium Morini. Tassoni will participate with a selection of cocktails designed and prepared specifically for DDN HUB.
All this added to the ADI Design Museum’s program, including the permanent collection, temporary exhibitions, meetings and debates.
