Detail London: luxury interior design
The 25th-anniversary edition will feature many novelties. Detail London, which will be set up in a Victorian reception room, is attracting a lot of attention.
It will be home to high-end design furniture and materials, making Detail London the new destination for interior designers in the luxury range. Besides, this section will have its entrance, on Olympia Way, but will be in direct communication with 100% Design.
Design London: designer and super-brands
One of the most visited areas of the exhibition is always Design London, which again this year hosts the best brands in the world – including Arper, Benchmark, Dare Studio, Boss Design, Antonio Lupi.
Design London will also host the designers of 06D Atelier, Italians who founded an English studio, the Swedish brands Ga..rsna..s, Bsweden, and finally, always representing Italy, Da a, an emerging brand.
Benchmark takes advantage of 100% Design to launch Sage Collection, a range of furniture designed by David Rockwell, inspired by the philosophy of the brand, respectful of the environment and people.
New entry: Finland
‘A Sense of Finland‘, curated by Anglo-Finnish designer Hanna Laikola, with the Tapio Anttila Collection and Polar Life Haus brand, is another novelty of the next edition. The exhibition consists of a Polar Life Haus, the popular Finnish wooden house, which will host the best Finnish furniture products, with a setting recreating sounds and scents of Finnish life and leads visitors to immerse themselves in the everyday life of nature.

Instagram and the interior design
Social networks influence communication, and a trade fair could not stay out of it. 100% Design set up a special Instagram section, where different interior designers, including Charlotte Rey, Duncan Campbell, Lee Broom, and Suzy Hoodless, create ‘Instagram kiosks’, with inspiration from the social network.
Finally, in 2019 is back Design Fresh, which celebrates emerging designers and brands. Selected by Barbara Chandler, editor at Home & Property pages at the London Evening Standard, this year’s designers are the perfect follow-up to the talent displayed in 2018.
See you in London, September 18-21, for the 25th edition of 100% Design.
