Liberty Building: functionality and customization in the heart of Cremona with Caccaro systems

The interior design project was curated by interior designer Greta Cogni from Pialorsi Interior Workshop

A prestigious project set within a historic Liberty-style building in the heart of Cremona. Completely renovated, the building is a fascinating example of the city’s architectural heritage, featuring elegant spaces rich in historical details that blend harmoniously with contemporary solutions. The interior design was curated by interior designer Greta Cogni from Pialorsi Interior Workshop, a showroom known for its strong design capabilities and long-standing, successful collaboration with Caccaro.

Liberty Building, the goals of the restyling

Careful attention to space layout, furniture selection, and lighting design guided the development of this restyling project. The primary goal was to ensure a functional and aesthetically balanced environment, meeting the client’s needs with versatile and customized solutions.

Strong focus on functionality
The choice of Caccaro products for the living area was driven by their ability to adapt seamlessly to any residential context. The aesthetic simplicity and wide range of available materials for the Freedhome system made it possible to maintain a high level of customization while ensuring a clean and elegant design. A key added value lies in the strong focus on functionality, which makes Caccaro systems particularly well-suited to meet storage and space optimization needs—even in the most complex situations.

The client’s family requirements
These features aligned perfectly with the needs of the client’s family: spacious units to conceal and integrate the television screen without visually weighing down the room. The goal was to create a refined, functional atmosphere consistent with the brightness and lightness of the spaces. To meet the client’s expectations, the project favored a light color palette. The only contrasting element was introduced in the TV niche, finished in eucalyptus wood to echo the grain of the wooden flooring and add a touch of warmth. The solution is enhanced by integrated LEDs on the sides of the niche, giving the composition a dynamic and theatrical effect.
