A visionary collaboration between iconic Champagne and contemporary art: limited editions and a rare Uber piece rewrite the codes of luxury design
In 2025, Dom Pérignon launches a new creative chapter with “Creation is an eternal journey”, a project that blends tradition, innovation, and artistic collaboration. At its heart lies a dialogue with seven outstanding creative figures. Among them stands the unmistakable voice of Takashi Murakami, visionary artist and founder of the Superflat aesthetic.

Starting October 1st, 2025, two limited-edition Champagne bottles and a highly exclusive Uber piece will be unveiled, born from the fusion of Murakami’s vibrant visual world and the timeless elegance of the Maison.
A creative collaboration: where artistic design meets contemporary luxury
Since 2005, Dom Pérignon has entrusted its creative narrative to legendary names in art and culture. With Murakami, this dialogue becomes even bolder, transforming bottles and coffrets into collectible design objects. The Japanese artist’s pop aesthetic—rich in vivid colors, floral symbols, and visual irony—meets the refined minimalism of the Maison, resulting in a striking and harmonious contrast.

The stars of this collaboration – Dom Pérignon Vintage 2015 and Dom Pérignon Rosé Vintage 2010 – embody the fusion of art, material, and sensation, elevating both visual and sensory experience.
Limited-edition design: flowers, emotion, and collectibility
These new editions celebrate nature in transformation, reimagined through Murakami’s iconic smiling flowers. The coffrets become modular floral tableaux, inviting collectors to create and compose. The classic labels are reimagined: vineyard imagery is replaced by fantastical landscapes where nature blooms in surreal, explosive forms.

It’s a masterclass in emotional luxury design, where packaging transcends functionality to become part of the artistic experience.
The Uber piece: sculptural art meets rare champagne
At the peak of the collaboration sits the Uber piece, a super-limited edition art object: a refined sculptural sphere that opens to reveal a secret floral garden. Inside lies a rare gem: a Dom Pérignon Rosé Vintage 2008 Jéroboam.

This sculptural design piece, poetic and conceptual, blends contemporary aesthetics with artisan mastery, made for collectors, aesthetes, and lovers of immersive luxury experiences.
Superflat language and a shared vision
Murakami’s aesthetic world—rooted in manga, pop culture, and traditional Japanese art—parallels Dom Pérignon’s creative process. Both reduce to the essence of things to reveal deep emotional resonance. Both challenge representation, encouraging slow, sensory discovery over instant consumption.

With this Murakami collaboration, Dom Pérignon redefines luxury design, turning Champagne into art you can drink—and collect. A fusion of codes, cultures, and creative visions, this capsule celebrates the power of creation as a living force—forever evolving, forever surprising.
