A new era of Italian hospitality: Casa Naman debuts in the heart of Rome

Designed by the studio 13.1 Architecture & Decor, Casa Naman reinterprets the Roman spirit through bespoke interiors, refined materials, and a sophisticated vision of living

In the heart of Piazza di Spagna, where art and history meet every day, Casa Naman is born — the new luxury residence by Naman Hotellerie. A project that redefines the concept of contemporary hospitality, turning every stay into a complete experience of beauty.

Designed by the studio 13.1 Architecture & Decor, Casa Naman unfolds within an eighteenth-century palazzo overlooking the Spanish Steps. Every space, crafted with meticulous attention to detail, blends classical elegance with modern sensibility, featuring bespoke interiors, curated artworks, and noble materials that reinterpret Rome’s grand tradition in a contemporary key.

Here, luxury takes on an intimate dimension: three independent apartments — Janus, Aeneas and Vesta — offer extraordinary views and distinctive atmospheres, while the Otium area on the top floor invites guests to rediscover the pleasure of time and contemplation, suspended between sky and city.

The art of design signed by 13.1 Architecture & Decor

Curated by Filippo Fiora and Federico Sigali of 13.1 Architecture & Decor, the project narrates Rome with a refined and contemporary voice. Each material — local marble, natural wood, pure linen, and sun-washed tones — becomes a tribute to the city’s rich and stratified beauty.

The interiors retain the grace of the eighteenth-century building, exalted by grand proportions, soaring ceilings, and refined craftsmanship. Custom pieces, designed in collaboration with Conte Casa in Puglia and expert Roman artisans, express the purest spirit of Italian design excellence.

A curated selection of contemporary artworks, created in collaboration with Galleria Mucciaccia, establishes an emotional dialogue between past and present: classical busts and fragments coexist with works by Pizzi Cannella, crafting a visual narrative that layers the memory of the city.

Janus, Aeneas, and Vesta: three visions of Roman luxury

Casa Naman houses three apartments, each with a distinct identity and a unique way to experience Rome.

  • Janus, elegant and intimate, plays with the theme of thresholds and transformation. Red porphyry columns, large windows, and the “Cardinal’s Room” create a perfect balance between classical charm and modern design.
  • Aeneas, the largest apartment, celebrates the city’s grandeur. Its 129 m² feature antique furnishings, precious marbles, and breathtaking views over Rome’s rooftops.
  • Vesta, located on the fourth floor, is a bright and welcoming retreat. Its interiors, bathed in natural light and crafted with light-toned materials, evoke the warmth of home and the serene essence of the Roman hearth.

Each apartment interprets the beauty of the Eternal City through a personal and refined language, offering privacy, comfort, and a direct connection to the vibrant atmosphere of Piazza di Spagna.

Otium: the luxury of time and contemplation

On the top floor, the Otium area turns well-being into a lifestyle philosophy. Inspired by the ancient Roman concept of the dolce far niente, this space features a sauna, a Turkish bath, and a panoramic rooftop terrace with 360° views over Rome. From sunrise to sunset, it invites guests to practice yoga, meditate, or simply enjoy the city’s suspended beauty.

Every moment becomes an opportunity to reconnect with oneself, surrounded by light, silence, and ancient stone. Here, well-being takes the form of contemplation, and the view of the Trinità dei Monti staircase becomes the stage for absolute serenity.

Tailor-made hospitality and bespoke service

Casa Naman offers discreet, elegant, and personalized hospitality. Each stay is tailor-made, with exclusive services such as gourmet breakfasts, a private chef, in-apartment massages, and yoga sessions on the panoramic rooftop terrace.

Attention to detail translates into unique experiences: bespoke floral arrangements, professional nanny service, luxury pet kits, and a private cocktail bar. Every element contributes to creating an intimate environment, where beauty is lived authentically and every need is thoughtfully met.

Casa Naman: a fresh perspective on the Eternal City

Casa Naman is more than a residence—it’s a total beauty experience. Every view, every material, every play of light is designed to tell the story of Rome from a fresh perspective: intimate, refined, and authentic. In the heart of Piazza di Spagna, Casa Naman invites you to experience the Eternal City with new eyes, immersed in art, serenity, and design.
