A residential project in Andermatt that blends contemporary elegance with Alpine tradition
In the heart of Andermatt — a small Alpine gem nestled among Switzerland’s great mountain passes — La Vetta comes to life. This residential project combines the architectural precision of Slik Architekten with interiors designed by Park. Fourteen apartments and four penthouses, each featuring private loggias overlooking the landscape and the central square, embody a lifestyle that merges Alpine simplicity with Italian sophistication.
The name La Vetta evokes both the summit and the area’s deep cultural connection: just twenty minutes from the Gotthard Pass and a little over an hour from Lake Como, Andermatt stands as a crossroads between Swiss tradition and Mediterranean charm.

Interiors Inspired by Alpine Heritage
The interiors by Park draw inspiration from 20th-century Alpine architecture, with references to Carlo Mollino and Edoardo Gellner. Materials, colors, and geometric forms establish a dialogue with the surrounding landscape.
The spaces feel soft, fluid, and inviting, where wood smooths edges and guides the natural flow between rooms.
The apartments, spread across six floors, come in a variety of layouts leading up to the penthouses. Three color palettes —

Penthouses with Breathtaking Views
The penthouses elevate the architectural language with double-height ceilings, expansive windows, and loggias that reveal panoramic Alpine views. Private spas and saunas turn each home into an exclusive mountain retreat.
The selected furnishings showcase Italian excellence: Dnd’s Leva handles, Rubinacci’s Tarsio tables, and Potocco’s Helvetica dining chairs. Each piece tells a story of craftsmanship, research, and meticulous attention to detail.

Common areas designed for wellness and social connection
Park extends its design vision to the common areas. Bright spaces overlooking the village encourage social interaction and well-being. The spa, featuring a sauna and Turkish bath, fitness area, yoga room, and ski and bike storage, blends functionality with the warmth of wood, creating a perfect balance between technical precision and comfort.

A new grammar of Alpine living
With La Vetta, Park translates Alpine heritage into a contemporary design language. Memory and innovation coexist, turning design into a tool to inhabit the landscape and express its identity.
