From February 6 to March 15, the Regional Headquarters transforms into “Casa Lombardia 2026,” a hub for sport, star-rated design, and innovation
Milan is preparing to experience the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games with an unprecedented project. The largest covered square in Europe opens its doors to the world with the Oasi Life Experience – Casa Lombardia 2026 format. Created by Letizia Fontanelli and Francesca Russo DDN, the initiative transforms the institutional headquarters into a meeting point for citizens, athletes, and international media, celebrating the excellence of “Made in Italy.”

Sensory Installations and Sporting Culture
Walking through the square during Oasi Life Experience – Casa Lombardia 2026 means immersing yourself in a unique exhibition path. Notable installations include “Roots” by Matteo Ragni, which celebrates human bonds through wood, and the “Omini” sculptures by Leo Donghi, an ironic tribute to athleticism. Technology meets emotion thanks to Stark’s immersive LED walls, capable of reacting to human presence to preserve the vibration of the sporting gesture.
The public can also explore the “Garden of Peace,” a global botanical itinerary, and experience the olfactory journey created by Scent Company. For those seeking environmental reflection, the “We Are Becoming Plastic” project investigates the impact of microplastics in sport, while the “Mountains of Light” installations bring the poetry of the peaks to the center of Milan.

Taste and Music in the Arena Experience
The beating heart of the event is the Arena Experience. This space, open from 10 AM to 10 PM, hosts talks on innovation and tourism. The gastronomic offer is exceptional: “Il Banco di Antonino” by Chef Antonino Cannavacciuolo accompanies visitors from breakfast to dinner. For more demanding palates, the Belvedere on the 39th floor hosts six exclusive dinners signed by Michelin-starred chefs, bookable online as “Starlit Dinners at Altitude.”
The soundtrack of the event is managed by Casa RTL 102.5. The group’s stations broadcast live from the square, transforming it every evening into an exclusive urban Après-ski with music and social interaction. For families, the “Snowman” area features a large slide dedicated to fun for the little ones.

A Hub for Media and International Networking
Oasi Life Experience – Casa Lombardia 2026 also serves information professionals. The Media Lounge provides 100 equipped workstations for journalists and content creators from around the world. Here, it is possible to follow the competitions live and benefit from dedicated concierge services, making the regional headquarters the nerve center of the Olympic narrative.
The hospitality design, curated by brands such as Arper and Slalom, evokes the dynamism of ski slopes in a high-profile environment. This collective story demonstrates that the legacy of the Games lies not only in sporting results but in the ability to generate connections, sustainability, and beauty over time.
