Outdoor kitchens become a must-have for those who own outdoor spaces at home
It is increasingly fashionable to furnish gardens and terraces with the same care dedicated to the interiors. Tables and sofas, pergolas, swimming pools, deck chairs, solar-powered showers, barbecues and outdoor kitchens: outdoor furnishings, in addition to aesthetics, functionality and technology, offer comfortable solutions able to meet any need.
Placing a kitchen in the garden or on the terrace makes it possible to increase convivial moments in the open air, even for cooks. Today’s companies meet this desire/need to extend domestic comforts to outdoor spaces with elegant and high performance kitchens.
Minotti Cucine
Incline by Minotticucine is a monoblock made of erafuoco rosso stone, designed by Alberto Minotti.
Minimal, elegant and with no discontinuous element, it is a kitchen that hides itself. Its lines, free from decorations, embody the concept of “visual silent”, where superfluity is avoided, placing the individual and the hobs at the center of the project.
Boffi
For the lovers of a healthy and balanced cuisine, there is AH01 by Boffi, designed by Alessandro Andrucci and Christina Hoisl.
On the removable plate, easy to maintain, you can cook without condiments, which generate fumes and leftovers, allowing you to cook different foods one after another. The latter is not affected by the taste of the first, also thanks to the tilted plate that helps liquids flow into a removable pan. Designed with hi-tech materials and solutions, the monoblock may be completed with a washing area to create an independent and functional workstation for life in the open air.
ABIMIS CUCINE
Abimis Cucine, the Veneto-based company specializing in the production of professional and self-service stainless steel kitchens, enters the world of outdoor furniture, designing tailor-made kitchens for private residences.
In the picture, the blue kitchen from the Atelier collection fits out the patio of a private residence in Udine.
Like indoor kitchens, outdoor kitchens by Abimis are made of AISI 316 stainless steel, the precious weather resistant alloy, particularly recommended in environments rich in salt or chlorine. Abimis allows for maximum customization: from configuration to accessories, to the height and depth of both the top and the baseboard. You can also choose the appliances: grills, griddles, etc. Finishes may be customized with other materials, natural or not, treated to ensure safety, resistance and durability, in spite of the passage time and weathering.
