Temperature stability, humidity control, and dual-zone management preserve the value and identity of every bottle
In Italy, wine culture defines the lifestyle and enriches moments of conviviality. Sharing a full-bodied red, a delicate rosé, or a fine champagne expresses care and hospitality toward guests. In this context, impeccable preservation becomes essential to protect the characteristics of each label. To meet this need, AEG is launching its new wine cooler range on the market. This collection combines advanced climate control technology with a minimalist design, ideal for contemporary kitchens.
The new models recreate the ideal conditions of traditional cellars through five technological pillars. Efficient compressors and triple-glazed glass insulate the bottles from temperature fluctuations. Special systems maintain the correct humidity level to protect the corks. In addition, anti-UV glass and LED lights block harmful sunlight, while internal shock absorbers eliminate vibrations and a continuous filter purifies the air.

Tailored Configurations for Aging and Serving
Temperature plays a decisive role both during maturation and at the time of serving. Optimal aging requires a constant temperature between 12°C and 14°C for every type of wine. Conversely, serving requires different temperatures: sparkling wines demand between 6°C and 8°C, while great, structured reds express their best between 17°C and 18°C. AEG’s new wine cooler range resolves this complexity by offering flexible single-zone or dual-zone structures.
The patented Perfect Shelving system optimizes internal space using sturdy, extendable shelves made of high-quality wood. This architecture accommodates special formats as well as classic 750 ml bottles without damaging the labels. The internal spacing allows you to display your collection with utmost elegance.

Flagship Models: Performance and Total Integration
The 8000 Perfect Shelving BI60 Dual Zone model represents the largest built-in column version. This wine cooler manages two independent temperature zones and holds up to 26 bottles. The system includes a 2.9-inch Full Touch TFT display, the Cellar Aging mode, handle-less Push2Open opening, and a noise level of just 38 decibels. For more compact spaces, AEG offers the 45-centimeter BI45 Single Zone version. This model holds 15 bottles and features wooden shelves treated with Wine Stain Protection technology.
Starting from September 2026, the new wine cooler range will also welcome 178-centimeter column models in Glossy and Matt finishes. These variants will offer three independent temperature zones and an automatic safety closing system, thereby catering to the needs of the most demanding collectors.
