Architect@Work Turin 2019: seminars, October 23rd
The interesting seminars on circular economy, allowing architects to receive up to 7 professional training credits (CFP) per day, will be held on October 23rd-24th.
The importance of light and color – 1:30 pm, 4 CFP
Architects Gianni Cagnazzo and Germano Tagliasacchi (GCA & Partners) will hold a seminar titled “Forma – Luce – Colore nella progettazione integrata” on October 23rd, 1:30 pm. Shape, light and color are elements that are found in nature as well as fundamental parts of an architectural project, whose importance is sometimes neglected.
This seminar will analyze the three elements and their relationship with architecture, which we need to recover in order to give back to the profession of architect its dignity and to ensure the wellness of the users of the project, who will live there.
Energy efficient buildings: Crédit Agricole Green Life, 3 CFP
On October 23rd, at 5:00 pm, Architect Enrico Frigerio (Frigerio Design) will analyze the project of Crédit Agricole Green Life, the new headquarters of Crédit Agricole in Parma, in the Cavagnari business district. The building envelope, façades and roofs play a key role in the energy efficiency of a building.
If the energy performance of the building envelope improves, less energy will be required to air-condition the rooms; if the materials of the envelope improve, operation and maintenance costs will be reduced. Furthermore, the wellbeing of the people who work there will improve. [Text Spencer Foil]
