Design school students meet ADI designers: experiences, strategies, successes
A series of online meetings promoted by the ADI Designers Department started on April 9th. Until June, the students of universities associated with ADI will be able to hear from some leading Italian designers about their experiences, their professional strategies, the reasons for the success of their projects.
The program includes over fifty meetings between university students and today’s professionals, distributed over three months. The meetings will be held throughout Italy to explore the many facets of Italian design.
Among the first speakers are Alex Terzariol (MM Design), Luisa Barbieri (Hangar Design Group), Fabio Calvi (Studio Associato Calvi Brambilla), Niccolò Adolini (Studio Adolini), Monica Graffeo (Studio Monica Graffeo). They will be followed by Goffredo Baduini (Giugiaro Architettura), Franco Origoni (Origoni Steiner Architetti Associati), Walter de Silva (WDSConceptDe-sign), Edgardo Angelini (Design Group Italia), Alberto Meda (Studio Alberto Meda) and all the others.
Many design studios associated with ADI have generously agreed to meet with students. During their conversations, the designers will explain both the difficulties they faced and the professional virtuosity that allowed them to turn a sketch into a successful project.
