Augustus Hotel & Resort inaugurates the Villa Ala project

In the heart of the Tuscan Riviera, Augustus Hotel & Resort expands its offering of comfort and relaxation by opening two new exclusive residences

Augustus Hotel & Resort opens the doors of Villa Ala Anita and Villa Ala Bianca, two new luxury residences nestled between the pine forest and the sea of Versilia. Designed to offer the utmost comfort and privacy, the two residences, offer unique accommodation solutions and services of a five-star hotel.

The perfect combination of elegance and comfort makes these residences the ideal choice for those seeking a getaway to the beautiful Versilia Riviera. The Villas, which are the result of the renovation of an existing building and the new construction of an identical structure, are inspired in style by two well-known five-star hotel buildings, Villa Agnelli and Villa Pesenti, the latter designed by the famous architect Osvaldo Borsani who, in 1939, combined the rationalist style with typically Mediterranean finishes.

Villa Ala: the new project

The design of Villa Ala, coordinated by Discreet Architecture, is the result of an architectural reinterpretation of the Art Nouveau-Deco style that cleverly combines the history and flavor of Versilia with a more sophisticated and contemporary approach.

De.Tales, an international architecture and design firm, on the other hand, was responsible for the interior design of the two new suites. Both are spread over two floors offering spacious living rooms with kitchenette and three bedrooms with a sophisticated and comfortable design. Creating a connection with the wonderful outdoor spaces is an elegant patio dehor enhanced by a beautiful pool set in the private garden.

Exclusive details and Made in Italy design

The indoor spaces of Villa Ala Anita and Villa Ala Bianca at the Augustus Hotel & Resort feature elegant linear surfaces and terrazzo floors reinterpreted in a modern key with delicate nuances and terracotta-, sand- and mocha-colored inserts. On the other hand, the bathrooms, are made unique by a selection of marbles, complements and finishes, in perfect harmony with the style of the residence. Finally, complementing the interior design are custom pieces combined with furnishings from high-design collections, including tables by Desalto and decorative and technical lighting by Vibia and Artemide.

Fabrics by Frette and Gallo

A privileged partner for linen supply is Frette, the prestigious brand that has created a custom line in fine cotton with finely embroidered resort logos. King-size beds are adorned with 300-thread-count cotton sets featuring borders and logos embroidered with a contrasting silk thread. For the bathroom environment, Frette supplied a set of towels and bathrobes in soft pure cotton terry cloth, customized with a tone-on-tone Augustus logos.

For an even more exclusive and tailor-made stay experience, the facilities are equipped with Gallo beach towels.
