The piano nobile, the beating heart of the property, preserves original frescoes and decorative paintings, enhanced by a Veneto-Byzantine-era quadrifora. Here, five grand paintings by master Giuseppe Bernardino Bison celebrate some of Italy’s most iconic cities: Milan, Rome, Pisa, Udine, and Padua.

On the ground floor, an intimate and refined restaurant welcomes up to 50 guests between its indoor dining room and outdoor courtyard. Open to the public, the restaurant offers a cuisine that celebrates Italian heritage, balancing tradition and innovation with dishes inspired by the finest local ingredients. Additionally, a private water door allows guests to arrive directly at the property by boat.
