Born from the Natuzzi-Vection Technologies partnership, this platform merges Real Estate and Virtual Reality to revolutionize the home-buying experience
The boundary between dreaming of a home and making it a reality has never been thinner. Presented as an exclusive preview in Milan, REnderia is set to be the 2026 game-changer for the furniture and real estate sectors. Developed by Vection Technologies — a powerhouse in virtual reality and AI — in collaboration with Natuzzi, the platform promises to radically transform how we imagine, design, and purchase our living spaces.
The official launch is scheduled for a Milan Design Week 2026 that is already shaping up to be a high-tech landmark.

From 2D floor plans to immersive dreams: how it works
At the heart of REnderia lies an artificial intelligence capable of performing architectural magic: interpreting a simple 2D floor plan and instantly transforming it into a photorealistic 3D environment.
This is not just about simple rendering:
- Certified Digital Twins: Every piece of furniture, accessory, or finish included in the project is a “digital twin” of a real product, configurable and purchasable directly from the catalogs of prestigious brands like Natuzzi Italia.
- Total Accessibility: The platform is web-based. There is no need for heavy software or specialized hardware; a simple subscription allows architects, real estate agents, and clients to “inhabit” a home before it is even built.

Real Estate: Selling homes in 40 days instead of 200
The data is clear: a property presented with a complete interior design project sells in less than 40 days, compared to the nearly 200 days required for an empty property. REnderia democratizes home staging, making technology accessible that, until now, required complex budgets and logistics.
A partner ecosystem: Samsung and Veneta Cucine
The value of REnderia was already recognized at the 2025 Open Innovation Awards during the SPARK! event, but the true test will be at Salone del Mobile 2026. There, the platform will showcase its collaborative nature through partnerships with industry leaders such as Samsung Electronics and Veneta Cucine.
