The first fair of the year, imm cologne, is an opportunity to discover the furnishing trends of the year

New interior design trends: Das Haus

A project that effectively summarizes the latest interior design trends is Das Haus, the ideal home designed by Spanish studio MUT for the 2020 edition. Das Haus 2020 is inspired by the traditional Spanish house with patio and recalls Mediterranean houses, with their white lime.

Among the companies exhibiting at imm cologne, made in Italy is well represented thanks to a large number of brands attending. Made in Italy furniture is characterized by a wide range of styles, sharing excellent manufacture, and shapes and materials of outstanding quality. An example is Giorgetti, which presented the All Around armchair, designed by Ludovica+Roberto Palomba, with monocoque frame.

The bathroom as a work of art, by Antoniolupi

Antoniolupi goes on with its research into the bathroom, with increasingly technological materials and rigorous geometric shapes. The bathroom definitively loses all connotations of a technical environment becoming a furnished environment. Colors and materials of products and finishes contrast and harmonize like on a palette, and the walls become pictures.

Furniture for living in the open air by Nardi Outdoor, which presented its collections to the visitors of imm cologne. Characterized by the use of smartly processed plastic, Nardi tables and chairs offer endless color combinations for any need.
