EquipHotel 2024: creativity and innovation in the world of hospitality

EquipHotel Paris 2024: exploring the new frontiers of hospitality between innovation, design and professional collaboration

EquipHotel Paris returns from November 3 to 7, 2024, at the Porte de Versailles. This international reference trade show will showcase innovations, products, and services from 1,200 French and international exhibitors, organized into five sectors: foodservice, wellness, design, technology, franchising, and services. It will bring together hoteliers, investors, tourist residence and residential property managers, restaurateurs, architects, interior designers, and decorators, creating an important meeting point for the hospitality and contract markets. It will also offer practical and concrete solutions to support industry professionals in the strategic and economic management of their establishments and the development of new projects.

A fair open to all with the theme “Let’s Dare!”

The fair is aimed not only at hospitality operators, but also those in the service sector looking for solutions, expertise and partners to manage, set up or design their spaces.

This year the central theme of EquipHotel is “Let’s Dare!” an invitation to experiment with new approaches in hospitality, to push beyond innovation and creativity, and to foster greater collaboration among professionals from different areas, all involved in the design, creation and management of facilities.

What’s new at EquipHotel 2024

EquipHotel 2024’s program includes a dozen experiential spaces with art installations, original set designs and a strong emphasis on “Made in France” and local crafts.

One of the new additions is the Scène Ouverte, a culinary space where product quality will be the centerpiece. There will also be a focus on excellence in products, producers from the Bleu Blanc Cœur association, and international flavors. Young chefs will also take center stage with culinary performances, talks, and gatherings, in a festive atmosphere that will enliven the evenings.

Young talents will also be in the spotlight, with students from ENSCI-Les Ateliers and IED Milan presenting their vision of the future of hospitality, offering an innovative and forward-looking perspective.

Design and Gastronomy

On November 5, EquipHotel will host its first international day, with a series of roundtable discussions in English on design and gastronomy topics. World-renowned designers, such as Tina Norden, architect and partner of Conran Partners, and Andre Straja, architect and partner of the Italian studio Gas Studio, will discuss alongside leaders from the gastronomy, wellness, and technology sectors to outline the future of hospitality.

EquipHotel will also offer an immersive experience with private visits to newly opened establishments in Paris. Among them are ten hotels, including La Fantaisie (Paris IXe) by the Leitmotiv group and the much-anticipated “La Fondation” (Paris XVIIe), part of an exclusive tour of the French capital.
