An iconic residence in Emirates Hills that celebrates boldness, refined materials and a couture vision of interior design
In the heart of Emirates Hills, Villa Imperiale by Etereo introduces a new interpretation of maximalist design. This 1,700 sqm villa embraces intense colors, precious materials and theatrical atmospheres. The project was developed for a young European family seeking a vibrant home, rich in identity and full of surprises in every space.

A Project Designed to Enhance Personality and Character
The clients chose Etereo to craft a unique language. Originally conceived as a neutral residence, the villa transforms into an aesthetic manifesto that blends boldness, craftsmanship and material exploration. Stefania Digregorio, co-founder of the studio, describes a fluid, collaborative creative process built on deep trust.

A Residential Experience That Merges Scenography and Comfort
The layout includes six bedrooms, a formal living room, open-plan kitchen, study, gym, spa, lounge areas and two garages designed as true car galleries. Each room has its own distinct identity, avoiding repetition of atmospheres.
Maximalism defines the villa’s narrative. Etereo introduces neutral transition zones that balance iconic furnishings and materials from brands such as Fendi, Casa Casati, Minotti, Poltrona Frau, Giorgetti, Molteni, Edra, Henge and Exteta. This approach avoids visual overload and enhances the beauty of natural textures.

Hero Materials and Light That Shapes the Space
The villa features rare stones and expressive surfaces: Onyx, Patagonia, Calacatta, travertine, blue and green marbles become narrative elements. Lighting by Linea Light and luminous art installations by Kolektiv sculpt volumes with dramatic intensity.
Reflections on marble and depth effects on textures change from room to room.

The Kitchen as the Heart of the Home
The kitchen, crafted in Italy by IFO, combines Patagonia marble, walnut and bronzed metal. Gaggenau and Miele appliances ensure professional performance, while an illuminated display cabinet showcases the owners’ cherished objects. A convivial space that expresses the power of maximalist design.

Rooms with a Distinctive Spirit
Etereo develops calibrated contrasts:
- a study featuring green stone and tailored furnishings;
- a master bedroom in neutral tones with deep red accents;
- a cinema room inspired by American amusement parks;
- a Technogym-equipped fitness area with views;
- a relaxing spa wrapped in tactile materials;
- children’s rooms with bold colors and playful graphics.
Each space reflects a facet of the family’s personality.

A Project in Dialogue with Nature
Large windows connect the interiors with a tropical garden featuring baobab, banyan and exotic species chosen for Dubai’s climate. Four outdoor lounges spread across two levels create seamless continuity between home and landscape.

Etereo’s Vision
Villa Imperiale combines aesthetics, craftsmanship and technology. Fine materials, bespoke solutions, theatrical lighting and a network of top-tier brands shape a project that interprets maximalist design in a cultured, contemporary way.
“The key lies in thoughtful selection,” says Stefania Digregorio. “Every element must tell a story. Imperiale embodies this balance, becoming a truly one-of-a-kind project.”
