Milan Design Week 2026: Fuorisalone Passport Debuts in the Brera Design District

A single personal QR Code to simplify event access: Studiolabo’s digital revolution for a seamless and fluid visitor experience

Less bureaucracy, more time for creativity. On the occasion of Milan Design Week 2026 (April 20–26), the Fuorisalone.it portal is launching a new feature set to change visitor habits: the Fuorisalone Passport. This digital tool was created to optimize access to events, eliminating long and repetitive registrations at the entrance of every showroom or installation.

Fuorisalone Passport

A Single Access Point for the Brera Design District

Conceived by Studiolabo, the Fuorisalone Passport makes its beta debut within the Brera Design District, the area with the highest density of appointments during the week. The system is incredibly simple: through a single personal QR Code, visitors can access all participating events. It is not a “skip-the-line” pass, but rather a technological support tool designed to make the visit more orderly and continuous, while always respecting the capacity limits and opening hours defined by individual brands.

Web Technology Without Barriers

Unlike many similar solutions, the Fuorisalone Passport does not require downloading an app. It is a web-based service accessible directly from a smartphone browser. This choice ensures an immediate approach, ideal for the international audience that crowds the streets of Milan. Within the platform, users will have access to a personal dashboard to keep track of all visited events, turning the passport into a digital memory of their experience.

Privacy and Flow Analysis for Companies

While “simplification” is the keyword for visitors, the Fuorisalone Passport serves as a valuable analysis tool for companies. Organizers will be able to obtain qualified data and real-time flow reports, operating in full compliance with GDPR regulations. Thanks to Privacy by Design principles, users always maintain total control over their data, explicitly deciding if and with whom to share it.

To participate in the pilot program and obtain your free QR Code, you can already register here.
