The initiative focuses heavily on genuine furniture market internationalization to prepare managers and artisans for global competition. Elena Vasco, Secretary General of the Chamber of Commerce, explains that the goal is to offer a comprehensive roadmap combining training, operational assistance, and financial funding. Luca Palermo (CEO of FederlegnoArredo Eventi) and Giovanni Mantegazza (President of APA Confartigianato Imprese) also confirm that strategic training is no longer optional; it is a necessity to compete effectively.
