Salone del Mobile 2019: Lybre Pivot Bookcase by Lualdi

At the Salone del Mobile 2019 Lualdi presents Lybre, a pivot bookcase designed by Piero Lissoni. The rotation makes it possible to divide or combine spaces, creating secret rooms or cozier environments.

As a mobile wall or bookcase, Lybre can be activated manually or with a remote control. Due to the size of the bookcase, great efforts were needed to devise the rotation and engineering mechanism.

In these pictures, you can see Lybre in the fossil oak version, with sea blue silk back. This is just another example of Lualdi’s cutting-edge design and production skills. [Text Giulia Bruno]
