Federlegno: Real Estate Forum, the Event Dedicated to Contract Operators in China

Real Estate Design Forum is the first event dedicated to the Real Estate sector in China, a networking event that represents a unique opportunity for contract operators

China is experiencing great expansion, also in the real estate sector, and this is the moment to understand what is the best and the most sustainable model of development.

The Real Estate Forum, organized by Federlegno Arredo Eventi, is a project aimed at establishing contacts and connections between large Chinese real estate groups and the best Italian design companies, so that they can develop together innovative solutions for residential spaces characterized by the highest Italian quality. This networking event will be held in Shenzhen, at the new Design Museum, located in the IADC – International Arts Design Center (www.mjh-iadc.com), a new cultural center of primary importance in southern China.
The rich two-day program will include internationally renowned speakers, experts from different sectors, architects and designers, who, during a long and in-depth discussion, will be able to exchange ideas and experiences.

The Forum

The Real Estate Design Forum, curated and moderated by Professor Li Xiangning, curator of the Chinese Pavilion at the Shenzhen Architecture Biennale 2018, is divided into four sessions. During the 90/120 min opening and closing conferences, professionals will illustrate their experiences.

Whereas, during the two 45-60 min technical sessions, several architects and designers will present their idea of design. Among the Chinese firms, we can mention Crossboundaries, Naturalbuild, Interval Architects, Lacrime Architects, Urbanus. As to Italian designers and architects, Aldo Cibic and Alfonso Femia have already confirmed their participation.

The event is sponsored by the Ministry for Economic Development, the Consulate General of Italy in Guangzhou and the ICE-Italian Trade Agency.
