2020 starts with a new store on Corso Garibaldi for Moroni Gomma
Moroni Gomma celebrates its 100th anniversary with a new store. After leaving the old store on corso Matteotti, the new store is located at corso Garibaldi 123, in the Brera district. The new Brera district is an area that is experiencing a great development, suspended between the history of Milan and the new futuristic city.
Fabio Moroni, owner of the Moroni Gomma store for over 30 years, explains: “Our inspiration comes from the concept store, where collections change in line with seasons, like fashion.” There you can find alternative proposals to the most popular brands, with household products and fashion accessories.
Moroni Gomma products come from all over the world. Among domestic furnishings, we can mention Kriptonite bookcases, a bestselling product by Moroni Gomma, and several outdoor items. The Tripolina loungers, Fermob portable lamps and Nice Fleet inflatables are perfect for the terrace and the garden.

A special space is dedicated to domestic greenery, with the small indoor greenhouses Click & Grow and succulent plants in jars.
A wide section of the Moroni Gomma store is dedicated to Bensimon bags and, again in the fashion accessories segment, it is also possible to find clutches and tote bags by Spanish brand Wouf as well as the street style of the bags-backpacks by Notabag. Another distinctive product at Moroni Gomma are sun and reading glasses by iconic Parisian brand Izipizi.
The architecture of the Moroni Gomma store, corso Garibaldi 123
The store is located in a building that used to host a hospitality facility, transformed into a residential complex by a project by Arassociati. It overlooks also a garden, a relaxing space used to showcase outdoor furniture.
Varese-based practice duearchitetti designed the interiors using an MDF base in a neutral color to make the colors of the products emerge. The counter and other partitions are in raw iron. The project is completed by Davide Groppi’s lighting, which defines and separates spaces.
