Lasvit Icons, masterpieces of light

Lasvit Icons allow you to design environments with a strong personality

Founded in Bohemia in 2007 by Leon Jakimič, Lasvit has rightfully carved out a place among contemporary design companies. Its strengths lie in its ability to blend the tradition of Bohemian glassmaking with the most contemporary forms. Over the years, Lasvit has worked with several international designers, such as the Campana brothers, Kengo Kuma, Yabu Pushelberg, Nendo and Ross Lovegrove, to create glass collections with a creative approach and unparalleled craftsmanship.

To address residential projects, even on a smaller scale, Lasvit has created Icons, glass works that illuminate the spaces of the home and make the environments characterful; Icons are halfway between custom installations and mass-produced products. They are extremely curated design selections, available with defined shapes and in different color options. Lasvit, one of the best contemporary companies in glass processing, is able to create a variety of compositions for different interior design styles.

Dancing light sculptures by Lasvit

Herbarium is one of Lasvit’s newest projects, blending traditional Bohemian craftsmanship with contemporary furniture. This organic Icon invites you to celebrate the unique design of nature in the comfort of your own home. It is available in nine versions; each piece is unique as it is handcrafted. The clear glass components filter sunlight, which becomes golden, to create magical reflections. Herbarium is available with oval and round drops, in small, medium and large sizes; moreover, there are two special “bouquets” for the living room (small and large), and a version particularly suitable for stairs.
