antoniolupi is presenting five Flumood sinks from its catalogue reinterpreting them with marble and stone at the Salone del Mobile 2023
A key material in many antoniolupi projects, marble is back to dress up the Tuscan company’s products. After Paolo Ulian’s sculptural sinks, antoniolupi offers a marble and stone re-edition of five sinks from the company’s catalogue that were originally made of Flumood (an innovative material that is eco-friendly, compact, non-porous, uniform, non-toxic): Tuba, Ago85, Simplo85, Fusto and Albume. These models have been redesigned for a refined audience of customers who love natural materials.
Marble to take center stage at the Salone del Mobile 2023
Carlo Colombo’s Tuba is a sink that seems to unfold like the stem of a flower. Originally launched in Flumood, it will be offered in a Port Laurent marble version at the Salone del Mobile 2023.
Albume was born from the superimposition of different geometric shapes. Available in different material combinations for the basin and base, Albume will feature a Calacatta marble base.
Designed by Mario Ferrarini, Ago85 is the perfect synthesis of two minimalist volumes. A thin-edged round basin is combined with a tapered cylindrical base. This pure and simple geometry is further enhanced by the use of Stone Grey.
Thin edges and perfect balance of proportions are what define Simplo85. A sink with an essential shape, as the name clearly suggests, which in the Rosso Levanto marble version becomes an elegant sculptural volume.
Lastly, Nevio Tellatin’s Fusto is a freestanding sink characterized by rigorous geometry and sharp lines. In the Verde Alpi marble version, Fusto becomes a precious object that decorates the bathroom.
