Fuorisalone 2023: 5VIE Design + Art

5VIE Design Week returns in 2023 for its 10th edition, in the district located between Corso Magenta, Sant’Ambrogio, and the Colonne di San Lorenzo

This year’s theme, “Design for Good”, is an invitation to look at design as a tool for creating deep human connections that generate mutual care and sustainability. 5VIE has invited international curators, authors and designers to engage with this theme in a series of exhibitions that will add to those by independent studios, companies and designers. Facing the challenges of the future, 5VIE wants to emphasize how the strength of design lies in the connection between the aesthetic and ethical dimensions.

Among the exhibitions produced by the 5VIE district we can mention A Future for the Past, a project by on∙entropy, curated by Maria Cristina Didero, a tribute to the precious legacy of Tinos marble and the evolution of the typical craftsmanship of this Greek island.
