CIFF Guangzhou 2024: Homedecor & Hometextile

Homedecor & Hometextile, during the first phase of CIFF Guangzhou 2024, in Pazhoudal from March 18 to 21, relocates to Exhibition Area D within the Canton Fair Complex (a strategic location that is convenient to reach by public transportation). The fair will occupy all 8 exhibition halls, covering an area of 85,000 square meters and accommodating 700 exhibitors, who, with a huge range of interior products and decorative elements in general, will offer a comprehensive overview of the latest product innovations by leading Chinese and international companies. Complete lighting solutions, art installations, paintings and clocks, handcrafted items, fountains, glass and ceramic objects, home textiles, curtains, cushions, rugs, vases, home and tableware items will be on display.

The Living Aesthetics Design Pavilion will explore new lifestyles through products that well represent current and future trends in design and decoration.

OK Living, on the other hand, will support young designers and new emerging design brands by protecting them from being copied. The focus will be on “New & Fresh” products to attract new generations of consumers and thus give voice to their needs. Moreover, through collaboration with the Art Exhibition Center, the China Interiors & Decorative Conference will come to life, where innovative and trendy design concepts will be presented.

Office and Commercial Space, the world’s largest trade fair dedicated to the office

The second phase of CIFF Guangzhou 2024 is scheduled for March 28-31 and is dedicated to furniture for offices and commercial spaces. in the meanwhile, CIFM/interzum Guangzhou will host leading Chinese and international brands presenting new technologies, machinery, materials, and surfaces for the furniture industry.

1,100 exhibitors, 24 pavilions occupied in the A, B and D areas of the Canton Fair Complex, an exhibition area of more than 240,000 square meters optimized in layout and expanded by 9 percent compared to 2023 make this the world’s largest office furniture and commercial space exhibition and Asia’s leading platform for product presentation, trend development and business relationship building between exhibitors and operators from all major markets around the world.

Characterized by the theme “New Office Fashion, New Commercial Trend”, the second phase of CIFF Guangzhou represents 3 macro-sectors: Office Environment, Office Seating and Public Commercial Space.

Office Environment

Located in Area A, the first sector will showcase complete solutions for the workplace such as office systems, accessories, metal furniture and secure and intelligent archives; cutting-edge trends for creating a smart office, furniture for healthcare and facilities dedicated to the needs of the elderly.

The Linking Design Star Special Exhibition will involve leading Chinese and international designers as well as 20 renowned design institutions with the aim of bringing manufacturing companies increasingly closer to design issues and helping to develop new concepts, scenarios and trends for the workplace through the organization of high-level forums.

The largest trade fair dedicated to seating

On the other hand, Office Seating, which alone represents the world’s largest exhibition dedicated to seating, will cover 80,000 square meters in Area D registering a 33 percent increase over the 2023 edition.

This sector, strongly characterized by the commercial aspects referring both to the extraordinary domestic market of office furniture and to exports, in strong recovery after the pandemic period, brings thousands of international buyers to Guangzhou, while paying great attention to the aspects of design, technology and especially ergonomics, highlighting the importance of people’s health and well-being within working environments.

Among others, the International Brand Hall is the main stage for the latest trends, the place designated for a stimulating exchange between Chinese and international manufacturers, as well as the platform for global brands to successfully access the vast Chinese market.

Solutions for commercial spaces and public places

Lastly, Public Commercial Space, Area B, will showcase the best furnishing solutions for schools, hotels and public spaces such as cultural, transportation and sports venues. These are all areas that are constantly evolving both internationally and in China where, with the school sector undergoing rapid development, increasingly advanced and quality design furniture is in demand.
