Cesana presents a cutting-edge shower system that goes beyond the traditional enclosure. It integrates a fluted aesthetic, drill-free accessories, and a simplified installation process
In modern interior design, the bathroom is no longer just a service space. It has evolved into a true wellness room. For years, the main trend was to make the shower invisible by minimizing frames.
Today, the new Oltre shower system by Cesana reverses this trend. It turns the profile into a distinctive, sculptural, and functional element.
Born from the collaboration between the brand and the Meneghello Paolelli design studio, this project goes beyond the traditional shower box. It interacts actively with the surrounding space.

The Fluted Profile: Bringing Living Room Design into the Shower
The aesthetic core of the Oltre system lies in its aluminum profile. Moving away from total-glass minimalism, this collection celebrates the metallic structure. It enhances it with a bold, linear texture.
The design features a vertical fluted pattern. This decorative trend is already popular in kitchens and living rooms, and now finds a sophisticated technical application in the bathroom. However, innovation does not stop at aesthetics. The profile turns into a functional track designed to hold and support a wide range of accessories.

Seamless Accessories: Drill-Free Spatial Interaction
The real functional revolution of the project is its flexibility. You can customize the shower profile both inside and outside with numerous accessories:
- Shelves and dispensers
- Tumblers and hooks
- Towel rails and toilet area accessories
You can add, remove, or move these elements at any time with ease. Most importantly, you do not need to drill the tiles or walls. Thanks to this system, the shower box is no longer an isolated element. It extends toward the washbasin and fixtures, becoming the central hub of the room. Furthermore, the equipped profile can be installed on its own as an independent element, creating a consistent visual look throughout the bathroom.

Production Synergy and Smart Installation
The Oltre shower system strengthens the strategic synergy with Colombo Design. The two brands share the production site in Terno d’Isola (Bergamo, Italy). This partnership creates a versatile accessory catalog that highlights the expertise of both companies.
In addition to rethinking bathroom aesthetics, the project solves a major technical issue for designers and installers: the ease of installation. The shower box offers an extensibility of about 7 cm. This means you can purchase it even before installing the shower tray. This tolerance allows installers to compensate for any wall millimeter variations directly on-site, eliminating measurement errors and simplifying the assembly phase.
