Icon 3D is the name of the new limited edition series of faucets, the evolution of Grohe’s Allure Brilliant and Atrio collections. It offers endless customization possibilities thanks to an exclusive 3D printing process that combines cutting-edge technology with artisanal manufacturing.

Their essential design makes it possible to use less material thanks to the ultrathin walls of Atrio Icon 3D and the hollow interior of Allure Brilliant Icon 3D.

The faucet becomes one with water, in a harmonious continuum of water and brushed steel.

The components of Icon 3D by Grohe are metal-printed using a powder bed laser melting process. After printing, the component is mechanically treated on a CNC milling machine before undergoing a manual grinding and brushing procedure in order to complete the finish.

The whole process defines the exclusivity of the Icon 3D series; each product is unique and the collection is limited to a few pieces per year.
