World Architecture Festival and INSIDE – Festival of Interiors will be back December 1-3, 2021
World Architecture Festival has announced an in-person edition for December 1-3, 2021. After the virtual edition held in December 2020, WAF was first scheduled for late June 2021. However, the persistence of the pandemic suggested that June would be too soon for a really effective physical edition.
Hence the decision to postpone the event until the end of the year, hoping that in December it will be possible to hold a physical edition able to live up to everyone’s expectations. Therefore, the awards entry deadline has been extended to Friday, May 7, 2021, allowing all completed and future projects up until this date to have the chance to enter the competition.
World Architecture Festival (WAF) is the world’s largest annual and international architecture event. It includes the world’s largest international architecture awards program and celebrates excellence in architecture and interior design through live presentations to an audience of international delegates and juries. The last edition, held in Amsterdam in 2019, hosted over 2,000 architects from around the world.
World Architecture Festival (WAF) and INSIDE World Festival of Interiors will take place in Lisbon, at the FIL Exhibition Centre, December 1-3, 2021.
