Human-centered lighting by Delta Light at the Fuorisalone 2021
Delta Light takes part in the Fuorisalone 2021 with a program full of events, special installations and presentations.
Want You Close, a multisensory installation
Delta Light showroom on via Bugatti will host the #wantyouclose Fuorisalone 2021 Edition multisensory installation.
The exhibition redesigns the spaces of the Delta Light Studio with a path made of scents, colors and emotions: an indoor urban garden, illuminated by the new Delta Light products, guides the visitor on a multisensory experience. It will be an opportunity to see new products such as Soliscape, by UNStudio, or Nime, by Dean Skira. The #wantyouclose Fuorisalone 2021 installation can be visited from 4 to 9 September, from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm, and on 10 September from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. In compliance with anti-Covid regulations, pre-registration at this link is required.
Ben Van Berkel from UNStudio presents the Soliscape system
On Monday, 6 September, at 4:00 pm, Ben Van Berkel, founder of UNStudio, will present the Soliscape lighting and acoustic system. The press conference will also be attended by Jan Ameloot, CEO of Delta Light, Danilo Mandelli, Director of Project Management Division Delta Light HQ. Also this presentation will be held at Delta Light Studio, via Bugatti 15.
Delta Light partners in special events
Delta Light will be the lighting partner in several events at the Fuorisalone 2021. From 5 to 10 September, Nime, by Dean Skira, will be the protagonist of “A flame for research”, a charity initiative in favor of the Mario Negri Institute for Pharmacological Research. This recessed lamp, so small as to be invisible, illuminates the ten designer candelabra on sale at the Offstage studio in Piazza Bertarelli.

Delta Light lamps will also be present at the Vietato l’ingresso exhibition, at the Arcimboldi Theater. From 6 to 10 September, the special dressing room set-up will offer the opportunity to see Delta Light lighting systems in operation. The iconic Superloop lamps, on the other hand, will light up the exhibition areas of Spazio Gessi, the 1,500 square meter showroom obtained from an old cinema in the center of the Fashion District.
Finally, we must mention the presence of Delta Light at Starbucks Roastery, in Piazza Cordusio. There, the lighting fixtures are designed to resemble the scoop used to collect coffee beans.
