The Brera Design Week returns in 2023 with over 349 events and permanent showrooms
The Brera Design District returns in 2023, more vibrant than ever before. Valcucine and Grand Seiko are the main sponsors of this year’s edition, both featuring impressive installations. Valcucine’s presentation, “Ecosophìa,” reflects on the future of kitchen architecture and design in relation to the values of sustainability and innovation. “Eco” represents eco-sustainability, while “Sophìa” represents knowledge. This is also interpreted by students from Domus Academy and ISIA.

Grand Seiko, the official timekeeper of the Brera Design District until 2025, launches the Alive in Time project, a space to rediscover the value of time. The journey through the rooms of the “Grand Seiko House” leads to the revelation of the watch brand’s production, with 14 spectacular windows serving as a backdrop for the presentation of collections. There will also be a temporary store, active from April 17 to 23, created in collaboration with Verga 1947, a partner of the brand.
There are many special projects and cultural initiatives that will animate Brera Design District 2023, and here are a few examples. For more information, visit the website Breradesignweek.
